REGISTERED (FULL) VERSION
LICENSE
One registered copy of
PokerCruncher may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computing device. All source code and compiled
versions of the source code is considered part of the registered software and can not be distributed without
written permission from PokerCruncher, LLC.
DEMO VERSION LICENSE
The demo version of
PokerCruncher can be used on as many computing devices as desired and
can be distributed freely in whole without modifications or
additions/deletions.
GENERAL (REGISTERED AND
DEMO VERSION) LICENSE
You shall not (1) copy or
modify this software; (2) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
all or any portion of this software; (3) distribute, disclose, market,
rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer to any third party this software or
use this software in any service bureau arrangement, time sharing or
outsourcing service or for the benefit of any other person or entity.
You shall take no action designed to defeat the operation of any
security measure (for example, registration) incorporated in this software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This software is sold
"as is" without representations, warranties or covenants of
any kind including without limitation as to the correctness, accuracy,
and reliability of any numbers or other data or information generated or
to be generated by the software. No implied warranty of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement are made

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will
PokerCruncher, LLC be liable for any damages, including loss of data,
lost profits, cost of cover, or other special incidental consequential
or indirect damages arising from the use of this software or
accompanying documentation, however caused and on any theory of
liability. This limitation will apply even if PokerCruncher, LLC or any
authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
You acknowledge that both the registered version license and demo
version license reflect this allocation of risk.
